Helping teams get more from Copilot
LediAI helps teams work out what Microsoft Copilot can do for them, and then use it well and safely. It works with the licences and setup you already have - no new software, and no access to your systems or data.
Book a free discovery call See what I offerNot sure where to start?
Most teams do not know what to ask for, and they should not have to. The starting point is a short conversation, free of charge.
A 30-minute call
With a team lead: what the team spends its time on, what frustrates people, and what has already been tried.
A one-page shortlist
Three to five everyday tasks where Copilot would save the team time, what is not a good fit, and which session would suit.
You decide
There is no obligation to go any further.
What I offer
Every workshop is hands-on and tailored to the team, using made-up material based on their everyday work.
Discovery call
30 minutes with a team lead, then a one-page shortlist of where Copilot could help.
Level 1 - Getting started
Writing clear prompts, summarising and drafting, what never to enter, and checking what it gives back.
Level 2 - Getting more from it
Structured prompts for longer tasks, reusable prompts for the team, and where agents fit.
Choosing tasks for agents
Rank a team's recurring tasks by value and risk, and decide which are worth turning into a Copilot agent.
How sessions run
- Online, over Teams. Everyone works on their own machine with their own Copilot. In person is available for small groups.
- Small groups. Up to 15 people, working in breakout rooms so everyone takes part.
- Follow-up included. 30 days of email support and a 30-minute drop-in a few weeks later.
- Measured. A short anonymous form before and after, with a one-page summary for the team lead.
Safe use, built in
- Check everything it gives back. Copilot supports the work. It does not replace professional judgement.
- Verify facts and references. AI tools can produce figures and references that look real and are not.
- Know what should not go in. Staff follow your own information governance rules.
- Stay in your enterprise setup. Work stays in your organisation's Copilot, not in personal or free AI tools.
